Does the $250 lock opening price include a call-out fee?
Yes. Our advertised lock opening price of $250 includes the service fee. This is the all-in cost for a standard residential lockout. More complex locks, unusual hardware or additional services will be quoted separately before any work begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card and EFTPOS. Please note that credit card and EFTPOS payments attract a 3% surcharge. You can also book and pay online through our Book Online link in the footer.
